Mix Sap Green
and Burnt Sienna Roughly 70/30 the same as the first mix you made
for the five washes, again very dilute with water. Wash over the
whole of the leaf ( there is no need to wet the whole of the
leaf again as all you are doing is colouring the veins so they
stop being a stark white and become a soft light green.) Notice
how your leaf is starting to look more and more realistic. I gave
the leaf three coats of the dilute green to arrive at this colour.
